Your privacy is important. The app Widget Countdown ("CountDown"); has a policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information the app may collect about you, including across this website, http://bradleycable.co.uk.
This policy is effective as of 17 June 2022 and was last updated on 17 June 2022.
Information We Collect
Information we collect includes both information you knowingly and actively provide us when using the app.
No information is collected when a countdown is created, this includes:
- Name of countdown
- Date of expiration of countdown
- Image used
None of the data stated above is collected or used for any other purpose apart from the functioning of the app itself (creating a countdown).
Information Collected By Advertisers
There are advertisements on the app, I use a well respected third party service known as AppLovin to provide them.
To personalise the ads you get on the app, AppLovin will collect information about your device to create a digital fingerprint.
Futhermore, when you first open the app, you have the choice to provide your IDFA. An anonymized unique identifier, which again allows more personalised ads.
The functioning of the app does not require you to accept this, it is entirely your choice as the user.
For more information about AppLovin, please see their privacy policy: App Lovin' Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
We do not aim any of our products or services directly at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 13.
We recommend not providing the IDFA of any children that do find themselves using our app, or even better paying for the ad free IAP. But again, we don't knowingly or want to collect any said data.
International Transfers of Personal Information
The personal information we collect is stored and/or processed where I or our partners, affiliates, and third-party providers maintain facilities. Please be aware that the locations to which we store, process, or transfer your personal information may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. If we transfer your personal information to third parties in other countries: (i) we will perform those transfers in accordance with the requirements of applicable law; and (ii) we will protect the transferred personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.
